Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Work-from-Home Customer Service Coordinator to join our CX Solutions team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or related environment.

- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
