Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal General Merchandise Inbound Stocking Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring that products are accurately counted, stored, and displayed on the sales floor.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, meet business priorities, and drive store performance.
- Operating a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lifting and moving merchandise up to 40 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods.
- Adapting to changing technology needs, learning new systems, and utilizing tools to optimize store operations.
