The Planet Group is seeking a Workday PSA & Financials Support Analyst to support and optimize their Workday Professional Services Automation and Financials environment. The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing system functionality in collaboration with various business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Workday PSA and Financials
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve system functionality
- Support project setup, resource management, billing, reporting, and account maintenance
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including:
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Project Costing
- Time Tracking
- Expense Management
- Customer Contracts
- Billing
- Revenue Recognition
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, and configuration updates
- Support onboarding of new business units into Workday
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business and financial reporting
- Help ensure accurate data flow between PSA and Financials
- Support month-end processes, project costing, billing, and revenue recognition
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
- Experience supporting Workday PSA in a functional analyst or HRIS/Finance Systems role
- Working knowledge of Workday Financials, including Project Accounting, Billing, and Revenue Recognition
- Experience configuring and supporting PSA modules such as Project Management, Customer Contracts, Billing, Resource Management, Time Tracking, and Expense Management
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or project-based organizations
- Experience working in multi-business unit environments or supporting acquisitions
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience
- Current or previous Workday PSA and/or Financials certifications
- Experience supporting Workday enhancements, testing, and production support
