Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New York Technology Partners is seeking a User Experience Designer. The ideal candidate is a strong end-to-end Product Designer who can work across both UX and UI, creating polished web and mobile application experiences from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
- Build clickable prototypes for stakeholder reviews & customer demos
- Design clean, intuitive web and mobile application experiences
- Translate ambiguous requirements into product-ready UX
- Define navigation, user actions, screen states, and edge cases
- Create designs that are practical for engineering to build
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
Skills
- Strong end-to-end product design experience across UX and UI
- Experience designing consumer-facing and enterprise applications
- Strong prototyping skills using Figma or comparable tools
- Experience designing multi-step workflows & complex application flows
- Ability to create demo-ready clickable prototypes quickly
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and usability skills
- Ability to create engineering-ready handoff artifacts
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong hands-on experience using AI-assisted design and LLM tools
- Ability to use tools such as Figma AI/Figma Make, ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable tools
- Ability to use LLM tools to turn rough requirements into user flows, screen flows, UX copy, and prototype content
- Ability to use AI-assisted design tools to explore multiple layouts and interaction options quickly
- Ability to apply strong design judgment and usability standards to AI-generated output
- Please share examples of web or mobile application design, multi-screen user flows, clickable prototypes, complex workflow design, demo-ready product prototypes, and AI-assisted design work where available
