[Remote] Senior Program Manager

Integration International Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic technology workstreams supporting a large-scale enterprise restructuring initiative. This role involves collaborating with technology and business leaders to drive execution and manage cross-portfolio dependencies for successful organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and Digital Technology (DT) stakeholders, including Engineering, Digital Product Management, Experience Design, Architecture, and Agility Enablement, to align priorities and coordinate delivery
• Manage cross-portfolio impacts by identifying dependencies, escalating risks, and driving resolution across multiple workstreams
• Establish governance routines, operating cadences, and reporting mechanisms to ensure predictable program execution
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules, translating enterprise priorities into technology delivery plans while leveraging Agile and product-led methodologies
• Support organizational change initiatives by aligning teams, communicating changes, and driving stakeholder readiness
• Ensure compliance and operational readiness during transitions involving systems, data, processes, and regulatory requirements
• Define, monitor, and analyze program metrics to measure success and recommend improvements
• Provide strong leadership, executive communication, and facilitation across business and technical teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 11–15 years of Program Management experience
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs
• Strong understanding of corporate systems and business processes, ideally within SAP environments across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, FigJam, and AI productivity tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• SAFe experience is preferred
