The role involves building scalable ML/AI models, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Data Science and AI consulting projects from solution design production delivery
- Build scalable ML/AI models with a focus on Demand Forecasting and Retail analytics
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Lead and mentor Data Science teams, supporting career growth and technical excellence
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Build production-ready ML pipelines, deploy models, and monitor model performance
Skills
- 12+ years of Data Science and Machine Learning experience
- Expertise in Demand Forecasting (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series Forecasting, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, Bayesian Modeling, Reinforcement Learning
- Python, SQL, R, Spark
- Statistical Modeling, Hypothesis Testing, A/B Testing, and Experimental Design
- Retail domain experience preferred
- Strong client-facing communication and consulting experience is highly preferred
