Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parasol Alliance is a technology solutions company exclusively serving the senior living industry. They are seeking a Network Administrator to manage day-to-day network operations and assist with optimal design from a strategic perspective.
Responsibilities
- Managing LAN/WAN/Wireless network devices. This includes the design, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks
- Maintain infrastructure pertaining to upgrades, break fix, and enhancements
- Manage security solutions, including but not limited to firewall, URL filtering, and intrusion detection systems
- Establish and maintain standard system\OS upgrades for network infrastructure
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours and weekends
- Act as an escalation point for network issues from tier 1 and 2 support
Skills
- Experience with configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and wireless in a mixed hardware workspace
- Network+
- Preferred timezone: PST
- Cisco CCNA certification, or recognized certification experience
