They are seeking a part-time Junior Account Manager to support client success and marketing operations, manage client accounts, coordinate campaign execution, and deliver insights for strong performance and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support weekly client calls by preparing summaries, agendas, and notes
- Help respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner
- Translate campaign performance into clear, digestible updates
- Assist with reporting and creating presentation materials
- Track timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Coordinate with media buyers, creatives, and strategists
- Maintain internal project management tools and documentation
- Ensure campaign updates and optimizations are executed properly
- Monitor key performance metrics across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc
- Help interpret performance data and prepare insights
- Support the creation and maintenance of client dashboards and trackers
- Learn how to evaluate full-funnel marketing effectiveness
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and account coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- A foundational understanding of performance marketing concepts
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup
- Familiarity with Slack and ClickUp is a plus
