The Instructional Designer will design and deliver high-quality professional learning experiences, create engaging learning content, and collaborate with various teams to drive meaningful impact in education.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop professional learning (PL) materials for virtual and in-person delivery
- Create asynchronous learning content including online courses and video materials
- Apply adult learning theory to design engaging and effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, curriculum, and SMEs
- Continuously update content to reflect product and programme changes
- Support field teams with enablement and training resources
- Partner with video and content teams to enhance learning delivery
- Identify learning gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 3+ years experience in instructional design, EdTech, or professional learning
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory
- Experience designing training for K-12 educators
- Experience creating digital and asynchronous learning content
- Strong communication and presentation skills
