They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to help shape and scale their US go-to-market presence by driving revenue growth and building strategic outreach strategies in regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Build the US GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors across regulated industries like financial services and insurance
- Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from discovery through to close
- Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into business value
- Be the market voice: surface insights from US customers and influence our global product roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally: with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to fine-tune GTM playbooks
- Represent Haast: at industry events and across your growing network of compliance and legal leaders
Skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling to Fortune 500
- Strong experience navigating complex B2B SaaS cycles
- Solid relationships within regulated enterprise organisations
- Understanding of how compliance actually works in regulated industries
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business value
- Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into sharp, business-relevant messaging
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable
- Excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment
- Fascinated by the technology shift happening in front of us
- Experience working in or selling to enterprise marketing legal, risk, or compliance teams
- Time spent in a scale-up or startup where you've had to wear multiple hats and move fast
