Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential company is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing for their Clinical Nutrition portfolio. This pivotal role involves developing and leading brand strategies, overseeing product marketing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. Clinical Nutrition brand marketing strategy, aligned to business goals and long-term portfolio priorities
- Own brand health metrics, including awareness, consideration, equity, and share of voice
- Define annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, brand investment roadmaps, and budget allocation
- Establish KPIs for brand and campaign performance and regularly present results to executive management
- Lead product marketing across the Clinical Nutrition portfolio, including new product launches and go-to-market planning
- Define brand and product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
- Coordinate cross functional input for smooth integration between brand campaigns, sales enablement, and trade activation
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and emerging channels
- Oversee creative development with agency partners to deliver breakthrough, on-brand work
- Manage paid media planning and buying strategies to maximize reach, frequency, and ROI
- Ensure all brand content meets medical, legal, and regulatory standards for medical nutrition
- Build and lead the social media strategy across owned and earned channels
- Develop influencer and HCP advocacy programs, including identification, contracting, content development, and performance measurement
- Partner with Ecommerce to ensure brand-to-buy continuity across digital touchpoints
- Oversee social and influencer campaign performance dashboards
- Build and manage a brand marketing and insights team
- Commission and interpret market research, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
- Utilize brand tracking studies, syndicated data, and qualitative research to generate insights and inform decisions
- Act as the primary brand stakeholder with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Trade Marketing to ensure aligned commercial execution
- Align closely with Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Quality to ensure compliant promotional materials and claims
- Partner with Ecommerce to ensure consistent brand experience from awareness through purchase
- Attend local, national, and global meetings as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years related experience, with 7+ years leading brand strategy for high-growth Consumer Health, Dietary Supplements and/or Wellness brands
- Demonstrated success building and scaling consumer or healthcare brands with strong Ecommerce (Amazon & DTC focus)
- Hands-on expertise leading integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media channels
- Strong track leading social, influencer and UGC campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and purchase intent
- Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, Digital Commerce, Marketing, or related field)
