They are seeking a Director & Sales Executive - Strategic Partnerships to lead partner acquisition and growth across the employer benefits ecosystem, focusing on building high-impact B2B2C relationships and driving measurable revenue.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting PEOs, brokers, associations, and wellness platforms
• Acquire and grow partnerships to maximize engagement and revenue
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate cross-functionally for seamless onboarding and campaign execution
• Deliver accurate forecasts and insights to leadership
• Represent OWD at industry events and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Skills
• 10+ years in sales leadership or 15+ years in B2B2C sales, with 5+ years in strategic partnerships/channel sales
• Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Ability to start as an individual contributor and build a high-performing team as we scale
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, pivot priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while maintaining focus on delivering results
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, and/or insurance brokers
• Advanced degree is a plus
