Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BMA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Lead to join our team. This is a fully remote role responsible for documenting existing operations and practices, analyzing those operations against documented best practices, developing plans of action for improvement, and providing technical guidance regarding business implications of various systems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for documenting existing operations and practices
- Analyzes existing operations and practices against documented best practices
- Develops plans of action and milestones to align operations and practices with industry best practices
- Provides technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems
Skills
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
- Must hold an Agile certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferably Agile-based), or an equivalent certification
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) clearance at the time of proposal submission
