Jack Taylor is focused on shaping the future of health and wellness, and they are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow affiliate programs. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing affiliate operations, and analyzing performance to drive growth across multiple client programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead affiliate marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, ensuring programs are aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on affiliate marketing, leading client calls, presenting performance, and providing strategic recommendations
- Oversee day-to-day affiliate operations, including partner recruitment, outreach, campaign execution, and reporting, ensuring work is executed effectively and on time
- Guide and support the execution of affiliate initiatives by junior team members, providing direction, feedback, and quality control
- Manage escalations and complex partner or performance issues, developing solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Analyze affiliate performance at a program level to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for growth
- Partner with clients to evolve commission structures, promotional strategies, and affiliate mix as programs scale
- Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to proactively inform strategy and client recommendations
Skills
- 3–4 years of affiliate marketing experience
- Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem
- Comfortable managing relationships and performance
- Ability to independently drive growth across multiple client programs
- Lead affiliate marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on affiliate marketing
- Oversee day-to-day affiliate operations, including partner recruitment, outreach, campaign execution, and reporting
- Guide and support the execution of affiliate initiatives by junior team members
- Manage escalations and complex partner or performance issues
- Analyze affiliate performance at a program level to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for growth
- Partner with clients to evolve commission structures, promotional strategies, and affiliate mix
- Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment
- Strong familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, etc.)
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, synthesize insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations for clients
- Experience leading client conversations, including performance reviews, strategy discussions, and issue resolution
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members is a plus
