Role Overview
Serve as the operational and technical backbone of the Managed Services Build Team, owning platform governance, workflow architecture, and cross-functional enablement to drive adoption and program scalability.
What You Will Do
Assist with platform operations, design solutions, become SME around monitoring tooling, build and manage structured practice programs, work with ATC teams, develop and deliver enablement solutions, lead rollout of new platform features, facilitate platform user listening sessions, coordinate and author cross-functional communications, speak and present to internal team audiences.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise platforms
- Gainsight Admin certification (L1/L2) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting
- Experience developing enablement programs, training materials, and user communications
- Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills
- Intrinsically/self-motivated
- High attention to detail
