Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote – USA Remote Jobs

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals via secure telehealth platforms. This is a flexible, fully remote position ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services while enjoying the convenience of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and update treatment strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality at all times
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, or peer support groups as needed
• Deliver culturally competent, inclusive care across diverse populations

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted license in one or more U.S. states (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Prior telehealth experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Proficient with computers, EHR systems, and virtual platforms
• Reliable internet connection and a private, professional remote workspace
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
