Mission
Own the entire Instagram client acquisition engine for our fitness coaching business.
Your responsibility is to generate qualified leads, booked sales calls, and revenue through Instagram content marketing. You will oversee and optimize every stage of the acquisition process, from content strategy and audience growth to lead generation, DM conversations, appointment setting, and pipeline performance.
You are ultimately responsible for the amount of revenue Instagram generates for the business.
The only areas outside your responsibility are sales closing and client fulfillment.
What You'll OwnContent Strategy & Marketing
• Develop and execute Instagram content strategy
• Identify winning content themes, hooks, offers, and messaging
• Plan content calendars
• Analyze performance and optimize based on results
• Build content systems that consistently generate leads
Content Operations
• Coordinate content creation and publishing
• Ensure consistent posting and execution
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion
• Scale winning content formats
Audience Growth
• Increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Build authority and trust within the fitness niche
• Turn attention into inbound inquiries
Lead Generation
• Generate qualified inbound leads through Instagram
• Optimize CTAs, stories, funnels, and lead capture systems
• Increase both lead volume and lead quality
• Improve conversion from content viewers to prospects
Appointment Setting
• Oversee the appointment-setting process
• Manage setters and setting operations
• Optimize DM conversations and qualification processes
• Improve booking rates and show-up rates
• Maintain a consistently full calendar of qualified prospects
Revenue Optimization
• Track the entire acquisition pipeline:
Content → Leads → Qualified Leads → Booked Calls → Show-Ups → Closed Deals → Cash Collected
• Identify bottlenecks and solve them
• Improve acquisition efficiency across the entire funnel
• Recommend improvements to offers, messaging, positioning, and acquisition systems
• Own Instagram-generated revenue targets
Team Leadership
You will oversee and collaborate with the appointment-setting team, including setters and setting operations.
You are responsible for ensuring the lead generation and setting departments operate effectively and produce the volume and quality of appointments required to hit revenue targets.

• Cost per qualified appointment (if applicable)

Success in this role is measured by pipeline growth and revenue generation, not vanity metrics.
Compensation
Performance-based compensation tied directly to revenue generated from Instagram.
You Will Earn % Of Cash Collected That The Instagram Funnel Generates...Currently We Are making over 6 figures/month on our instagram.
Pay: $6,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
