Training and Development
We're committed to helping our associates grow and succeed. As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be required to attend 4 weeks of training, held Tuesday through Saturday between 10am-6:30pm CST. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to excel in this role and drive results for our clients.
