Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage daily logistics operations of multiple data center locations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery
- Lead and support cross-functional team projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Manage vendor performance scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business cases to drive logistics process improvements
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and service quality enhancements, developing and presenting business cases to stakeholders for approval and implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients at data centers, ensuring their needs are met and that Google's products and services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve logistics-related issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of experience in managing warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Experience in project planning, business case development, team leadership, presentations, and financial modeling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Graduate degree in a related field
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile)
- Experience in operations management, problem-solving, third-party logistics (3PL) vendor management, budget creation, and cost management
- Ability to apply structured thinking and logic, providing solutions to complex problems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders
