Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Representative to manage multiple live chat conversations, provide timely responses, and deliver exceptional customer service to our site visitors. As a key member of our team, you will utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations, and collaborate with our leadership team to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations, and provide relevant information in accordance with approved scripts.
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely responses and exceptional customer service.
- Follow our lead journey process to ensure seamless communication and maximize conversion rates.
- Focus on quantity: respond effectively to 100% of live chats, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Focus on quality: have meaningful conversations with prospective patients, answer their questions, and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with Leadership as needed or directed to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals.
- Assist with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed.
- Provide accurate information, including starting prices or other approved information.
- Qualify leads and assist in sales-related administrative tasks as needed or assigned.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions.
- Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce.
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
- Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Availability to work from 5pm-1pm ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between).
- Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time.
- Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (huge plus if available on both weekend days!).
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
