Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team and providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling phone-based customer support, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process orders, manage customer database, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide support and assistance with sales-related activities
- Generate reports and provide insights to help improve customer service and sales performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions
Essential Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a sales support environment
- Previous experience with direct customer contact and phone-based customer support
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP-type programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Organized, focused, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pentagon or similar systems
- Knowledge of aeronautical industry and products
- Certifications or training in customer service or sales
