Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Princeton, NJ hub. This role blends the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of an on‑site office environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for careerzynith Medicaid members and health care providers, delivering accurate information on eligibility, benefits, prior authorizations, and more. Your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve inquiries will directly influence the quality of care our members receive.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
- Provide accurate information on Medicaid benefits, eligibility criteria, service options, and supplemental programs.
- Process requests for ID cards, provider updates, and benefit verifications in a timely manner.
- Navigate careerzynith’s internal systems to retrieve member data, verify coverage, and document interactions according to compliance standards.
- Maintain a high‑quality call experience by meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as claims, enrollment, and IT—to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to strict data security protocols; use a wired Ethernet connection for all work‑from‑home activities—Wi‑Fi is not permitted.

Required Qualifications
- Residence within a 50‑mile radius of Princeton, NJ, ensuring reliable commute when on‑site attendance is required.
