Vice President – Marketing  Treasury & Global Markets (TGM)  Job Purpose  The Vice President – Marketing leads the planning, orchestration, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Treasury & Global Markets (TGM) across Retail, Corporate, and Institutional segments. The role is centered on campaign planning and execution, cross-segment coordination, elevating Treasury & Global Markets profile through differentiating thought leadership, high-impact content, and driving client engagement initiatives - including events and strategic activations. Operating within a matrix environment, the incumbent partners closely with senior leadership across Treasury, Retail, and Corporate Banking to shape strategy, positioning, execution standards, visibility, and commercial impact - and ensure disciplined delivery against those priorities.  This is a high-visibility mandate requiring strategic maturity, stakeholder confidence, and strong execution discipline.   Key Result Areas    Responsibilities:  Campaign Planning & Orchestration Lead end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across Retail, Corporate, and Institutional client segments. Orchestrate execution across Retail and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging, positioning, and timing. Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with clarity, pace, and accountability. Work with the data analytics team to define target segment groups and monitor campaign performance.  Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for all campaigns. Thought Leadership & Profile Elevation Develop and execute a structured thought leadership agenda to elevate the external profile of Treasury & Global Markets. Partner with senior business leaders to define strategic narratives and market positioning. Manage content partners, agencies, and internal subject matter experts to produce high-quality insights, social media content, EDMs, whitepapers, and client-facing materials. Ensure consistent amplification across owned and earned channels. Establish with the wider marketing teams the product assets, sales enablement tools, pitch decks, white papers, blogs, case studies, social media, and website content.  Client Engagement & Events Design and support strategic client engagement initiatives, including events and targeted activations. Align marketing initiatives with business priorities to strengthen client relationships and market presence. Ensure event platforms are integrated into broader campaign and content strategies.   Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships  Stakeholder & Matrix Leadership Operate effectively within a complex matrix organization. Align and influence stakeholders across Treasury, Retail, Corporate Banking, and Group functions. Act as the central marketing integrator for cross-segment initiatives. Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence. Performance & Governance Own marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability. Establish reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize impact. Operating Environment High exposure to senior leadership and strategic business priorities. Problem-Solving  Strong ability to gather input and drive execution from various cross-functional teams.  Ability to balance work approach in a complex and fast-paced environment  Ability to identify a problem, challenge the status quo, ideate on a solution and drive execution.  Decision-Making Authority & Responsibility  Builds and manages the TGM marketing budget, tracks spending and ROI.    Knowledge, Skills and Experience  10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within banking or financial services. Strong track record in integrated campaign planning and cross-segment orchestration. Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership. Demonstrated experience in thought leadership development, content strategy, and partner management. Experience in client engagement activities and event-driven marketing. Commercially driven with clear performance accountability. Strategic maturity and executive presence, with a clear understanding of execution standards and what strong delivery looks like. Ability to manage complexity, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with confidence and discipline. Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft impactful campaign messaging.  Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
