What We Are Looking For
We are seeking trustees with a range of skills and experiences to support our organization in its ongoing development. While lived experience of trauma or mental health challenges would be highly valuable, we are also keen to hear from individuals with specific expertise in areas such as:
- Accounting/financial experience
- Legal background
- Education background
- Business management experience and skills
- Knowledge and experience of community engagement
- Lived experience of trauma and/or mental health
- Awareness and understanding of trauma
- Some understanding of symptoms of PTSD and Complex PTSD and their co-occurring disorders

What You Will Be Doing

- Helping to develop and implement governance procedures

- Engaging with the wider community to ensure our support reaches those in need
