About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide part-time administrative support for a healthcare practice. This role is well-suited for someone with experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in physiotherapy or exercise physiology, and who is looking for a stable, long-term engagement doing consistent, structured work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across day-to-day operations
- Take notes during meetings or client sessions
- Create closing invoices and manage billing using the client's healthcare management system (Cliniko)
- Assist with report writing and documentation
- Manage social media content creation and scheduling
Requirements
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, physiotherapy or exercise physiology background is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience using Cliniko is a must
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with repetitive and routine tasks and able to maintain consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of work over the long term
- Looking for a stable, long-term engagement, this is not a short-term or project-based role
- Familiarity with other healthcare administration systems is an advantage
