The role involves crafting engaging short-form and mid-length video content, including social media reels, promos, and branded campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with an understanding of editing trends, platform dynamics, and cultural nuances to produce videos that drive engagement and create meaningful impact.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing for social media or digital content
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content (reels, ads, promos)
- Good understanding of social platform algorithms and engagement tactics
- Strong storytelling instincts, visual creativity, and sound design skills
- Language proficiency: Ability to edit in Hindi, ensuring cultural sensitivity and linguistic accuracy
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) for internal coordination and review
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines
