Job Description:
• Partner with L&I LT to define, prioritize, and drive execution of strategic initiatives
• Market and competitive analyses, business case development, investment justification and execution in close partnership with Product, Finance and other stakeholders
• Establish clear plans, milestones, and success metrics to ensure accountable delivery
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early; provide proactive mitigation plans and transparent status reporting across functional stakeholders
• Support strategic planning, investment prioritization, and performance tracking through structured analysis and insights
• Drive or help manage critical cross-functional workstreams tied to top L&I priorities
• Lead efforts to establish and effectively launch / coordinate new products and revenue streams across the L&I vertical representing the commercial and operations teams
• Support the integration of any M&A deals that impact L&I across the full lifecycle of the transaction from initial diligence through deal execution and post close integration
• Coordination across workstreams to ensure focus and accountability
• Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with the full L&I leadership team and all matrixed stakeholders to ensure alignment across all teams
Requirements:
• 15+ years in operations, strategy, product, or related leadership roles, preferably in healthcare tech-enabled services or health-tech organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record of operating in a high growth environment and helping position teams and organizations for scale including the launch of new products/services.
• Strong analytical and process optimization mindset, including demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct functional ownership
• Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce, Asana, Visio/Lucidchart and other commercial and operations related tools.
