Position Overview

Kyverna is seeking Vice President, Sales to lead the development and execution of the U.S. commercial sales and go-to-market strategy for a pioneering portfolio of CAR-T therapies. This executive leader will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing specialty sales organization focused on driving successful launches, maximizing market penetration, and delivering exceptional customer engagement across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community neurology practices, and specialized treatment centers.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of commercial leadership in rare disease, neurology, cell and gene therapy, oncology, immunology, or other highly specialized therapeutic areas. This individual will possess deep expertise in launch excellence, account-based selling, treatment center engagement, and navigating complex reimbursement and site-of-care environments.

The national salary range for this position is from $300,000 to $340,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock plan.
