Role Overview
Join Copper Roots as an Underground Transmission Line Engineering Supervisor, leading a team of engineers and technicians in designing and analyzing underground transmission lines. The role requires a strong understanding of industry standards and construction practices. The team will be based in Texas, Colorado, Idaho, or Wyoming.

Supervise a team, develop performance evaluations, monitor department finances, and lead recruitment efforts. Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and support for project teams. Conduct technical project reviews and implement quality control procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- PE license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground transmission line design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, CYMCAP and Pull Planner
- Understanding of underground line routing, cable system design, structure design, and underground design
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (AEIC, ICEA, IEEE, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software
