Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance and information to help clients make informed travel decisions
Manage client communications through phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate reservation details with supplier partners and travel vendors
Track itinerary updates, confirmations, and booking information
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements
Stay informed on industry trends, supplier programs, and promotional opportunities
