Full-Time | $110,000–$130,000
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-level transportation litigation and regulatory matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients in transportation-related litigation, regulatory matters, and compliance issues
- Draft and argue motions, attend court appearances, and participate in depositions
- Advise clients on federal and state transportation regulations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution
What We’re Looking For:
- ACTIVE licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- 3–5 years of experience in transportation law or related litigation
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
