As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in transforming the sales experience, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

We believe in rewarding talent and providing a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $49,900 - $74,900, plus commission and a $5,500 sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads within assigned territory via phone, door knocking, or premise visits
- Sell AT&T enterprise IP and data services to accounts from all market segments
- Offer AT&T fiber optic solutions to business customers in pre-lit buildings, including Ethernet-based internet access, VoIP, MPLS, IPVPN, and Metro Ethernet services
- Own the relationship with property managers and secure the ability to solicit customers in exchange for advanced network assets
- Interface with customers' other AT&T account teams to properly serve and approach key clients in existing market segments
- Drive new sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and maximize building penetration to ensure a return on prepositioned network assets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience
- Outside telecommunications sales experience preferred
- Fiber broadband technology experience and knowledge a plus
- Efficient in sales funnel management and previous experience with CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market
