in San Bernardino, school sites, partner locations,
and events as needed

POSITION SUMMARY

Tomorrow’s Talent is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and mission-driven Part-Time Operations Support Specialist to help strengthen the systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes support that allow our team to make a meaningful difference for students, schools, employers, and communities.

This role is a great fit for someone who is a strong self-starter, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys bringing structure, follow-through, and positive energy to a fast-moving team. The ideal candidate is not only comfortable with operations and technology, but also passionate about supporting work that helps young people build confidence, discover career pathways, and gain real-world experience.

The Operations Support Specialist will support internal operations, inventory, employee training, student onboarding, CRM systems, and program delivery. This position is primarily remote; however, the employee must be available to report to Tomorrow’s Talent’s main office in San Bernardino, school sites, partner locations, and events as needed.

This is a part-time position and is not eligible for full-time employee benefits, except as required by applicable law or company policy. EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt in accordance with applicable California wage and hour laws. The Operations Support Specialist is expected to work up to 28 hours per week and is eligible for overtime only when authorized and required by applicable law.

This role is primarily remote and operates in a professional office and virtual work environment. The position requires regular communication with internal team members and may involve communication with students, school partners, employer partners, vendors, and community stakeholders. Although the position is remote, the employee must be available to travel to Tomorrow’s Talent’s main office in San Bernardino, school sites, employer locations, partner meetings, trainings, and events as needed.
