As a TikTok Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling a fast-growing consumer brand’s social commerce and creator ecosystem. You’ll help drive growth across TikTok, TikTok Shop, affiliate partnerships, and creator programs while building scalable systems that support high-volume content production and creator engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in TikTok culture, understands how creator ecosystems operate, and is excited by the intersection of content, commerce, community, and growth. You’ll combine relationship management, operational execution, performance analysis, and creative problem-solving to help build and scale a modern social commerce engine.
Accountability
Your success as a TikTok Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager will be defined by your ability to grow creator partnerships, improve social commerce performance, and build scalable systems that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term brand growth.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
TikTok Growth & Content Operations
- Manage and support the growth of the company’s TikTok presence through creator-led and social-first growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute TikTok growth strategies focused on audience expansion, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor platform trends, emerging content formats, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve content performance and increase visibility across TikTok ecosystems.
- Stay highly informed on platform updates, viral trends, and creator best practices.
TikTok Shop Operations & Social Commerce
- Support TikTok Shop growth initiatives and day-to-day operational workflows.
- Coordinate creator campaigns tied directly to social commerce and product sales initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement.
- Help improve systems and processes that support scalable social commerce operations.
- Collaborate across marketing and operational functions to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Creator & Affiliate Partnerships
- Source, recruit, onboard, and manage creators and affiliates across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators through proactive communication and support.
- Coordinate creator briefs, campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
- Track creator and affiliate performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
- Develop scalable systems for creator acquisition, relationship management, and affiliate growth.
UGC & AI-Enabled Workflow Management
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve content operations and creator workflows.
- Help build systems that support the efficient management of user-generated content pipelines.
- Support high-volume content initiatives by streamlining asset organization and workflow execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and process improvements.
- Contribute to scalable frameworks that support long-term creator ecosystem growth.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze creator, affiliate, TikTok, and TikTok Shop performance metrics.
- Generate performance summaries and actionable recommendations based on campaign results.
- Monitor engagement, conversion, and operational KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support data-driven decision-making through structured reporting and analysis.
- Continuously evaluate growth initiatives and recommend optimisations.
Colleagues
You’ll work closely with founders, creators, affiliates, marketing teams, and operational stakeholders, acting as a key contributor to the company’s social commerce growth strategy and creator ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications
At Oceans Talent, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area paired with broad curiosity across the business. As a TikTok Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager, your vertical focus will be on creator partnerships, social commerce, and TikTok growth, while your horizontal focus will include operations, analytics, relationship management, and growth strategy.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, social commerce, growth marketing, community management, or related marketing functions.
- TikTok & Social Commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, and social-first consumer behaviour.
- Creator Relationship Management: Proven experience sourcing, onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with creators, influencers, or affiliates.
- Growth & Performance Mindset: Ability to analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Content & Trend Awareness: Deep familiarity with internet culture, social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging creator opportunities.
- AI & Operational Fluency: Comfort using AI tools and workflow systems to improve efficiency, content operations, and creator management processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and manage creator partnerships effectively.
- Ownership & Adaptability: Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable operating independently within fast-paced startup environments.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks with us.
