Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate telecommunications systems and protocols to provide expert-level input for AI training.
• Document and explain complex telecom concepts clearly for use in AI model development.
• Engage in daily or weekly interactions with AI platforms to ensure training materials are current and comprehensive.
• Review, assess, and refine AI-generated telecommunications content for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with the customer's team to identify emerging industry trends and challenges relevant to AI learning objectives.
• Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical information and actionable insights.
• Support the continual evolution of AI capabilities in telecommunications through expert feedback and evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Deep expertise in telecommunications, including systems, protocols, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to convey intricate concepts in clear, concise language for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with or training AI systems, or a strong willingness to learn AI integration in telecom.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to provide analytical feedback on technical material.
• Comfortable collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team setting.
• Experience with documentation, report writing, or technical instruction in telecommunications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven systems in the telecom sector.
• Prior experience developing or reviewing training datasets for automation or AI applications.
