Role Overview

As a Technical Specialist in Social & Connected Care, you will be part of Dedalus, a leading global company in healthcare technology, in Germany (100% remote work possible). You will implement our Social & Connected Care solution at customer sites in coordination with project management, installation and management of Kubernetes clusters, and consultation and training of our customers in the DACH region.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include implementing our Social & Connected Care solution, installation and management of Kubernetes clusters, management and monitoring of containers, pods, and Kubernetes resources, consultation and training of customers, analysis of customer processes, and telephone and written support of customers' users and IT staff in technical problems.
