What You’ll Do:
- Be a talent detective—source amazing caregivers from job boards, social media, and referrals
- Chat with candidates, screen them, and get them excited about joining us
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier home health pros
- Host virtual and in person job fairs.
- Host Presentations at Health Fairs and out in the community
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of sourcing/recruiting experience
- Telephone sales and/or call center experience will be considered
- Excellent computer skills - ATS tools and healthcare recruiting experience a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A friendly, 'go-getter' attitude, strong communication and public speaking skills
