Job Location: Remote
Salary Range: 55-80k (base + Commission)
FLSA Status: Exempt

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This individual serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner leverages multiple sourcing platforms, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures alignment between Talent Acquisition and business hiring needs. This is an opportunity to build relationships, build your own earning ceiling with uncapped potential.
