The Sr. Specialist II, Integration is a technical expert role focused on enterprise-wide integration initiatives, ensuring interoperability solutions align with industry best practices and long-term scalability goals. This role designs, oversees, and guides complex integration efforts, particularly within regulated and industry-specific environments such as healthcare and financial services.

This role is suited for an experienced professional with a strong background in software development and a proven ability to architect and integrate complex, custom solutions. They bring deep expertise in C#/.NET development, along with a solid foundation in SQL, APIs, and web services, enabling them to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that align with both client needs and organizational capabilities.

In addition to hands-on development, this individual provides technical leadership by guiding teams, supporting solution delivery from design through implementation, and mentoring developers to promote best practices. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, modern development frameworks, and proficiency across multiple programming languages is essential, along with the ability to solve complex problems and translate requirements into effective technical strategies.
