SQL Query Engineer Jr
Requirements:
Must have:
2 years of experience in application support or technical troubleshooting
Strong hands‑on experience with SQL, query writing, data validation, basic database structures
Experience working with databases, Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to write SQL scripts to fix or correct data issues
Experience identifying and correcting corrupted or inconsistent data
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes
Professional English communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work with global clients and provide clear communication
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge of Oracle Database or similar enterprise DB systems
Experience in Life Sciences industry or SaaS environments
Ability to document technical processes and solutions in English
Responsibilities:
Write and execute SQL queries to support application and data operations
Identify, analyze, and correct corrupted or inconsistent data
Develop scripts to fix data issues and ensure data integrity
Support application troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis
Perform data operations and database maintenance tasks
Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and propose sustainable solutions
Monitor application behavior and identify potential issues
Assist in improving data quality and operational processes
Communicate effectively with global clients regarding issues and solutions
Document data fixes, technical processes, and troubleshooting outcomes
Support ongoing maintenance and stability of database-driven applications
