What You Will Do
Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams, partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand needs and design targeted hiring plans, build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates, and champion the candidate experience.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You should have a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of recruiting experience, proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical, and expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes.
