Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level web developer with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven history of delivering modern web applications at scale. Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture and development of complex web applications and platforms
• Make strategic decisions regarding frameworks, infrastructure, scalability, and security
• Establish and maintain development standards, coding practices, and deployment workflows
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services
• Design and optimize databases and application architecture
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, CRMs, and marketing platforms
• Improve site speed, SEO performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Work with cloud infrastructure and hosting environments
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of professional web development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript
• Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frameworks
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication, and integrations
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and collaborative development
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Solid understanding of web security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience building and maintaining production-level applications
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading development teams or serving as technical lead
• Experience with WordPress development and custom plugin/theme architecture
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
• Knowledge of SEO technical implementation and analytics integrations
• Experience with AI integrations, automation tools, or API orchestration
• Experience working in digital marketing or agency environments
We offer a monthly salary between $842-$1000 Depending on Experience.
