About the Team
Our Partner Integrations team is the backbone of our merchant success strategy, working tirelessly to develop and maintain cutting-edge technology services that empower our merchants to grow their businesses. With our API Platform, we manage a vast network of store, menu, and order data in real-time, serving hundreds of integrators and powering thousands of merchants. As we continue to expand our integrated delivery offerings, we're seeking talented individuals to join our team and drive technical innovation.
About the Role
As a Senior Specialist, Partner Integrations, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing integrations with third-party point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. You'll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash, working closely with cross-functional teams to build and operate world-class integrations. Your responsibilities will include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the success of our restaurant integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third-party partners, and internal business stakeholders
- Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues, ensuring seamless merchant experiences
- Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our point-of-sale partners, leading implementation and process improvement
- Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover and drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and merchant insights
- Help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners, driving strategic growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience leading technology integrations/implementation with partners, demonstrating a strong track record of success
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks, with a deep understanding of the technical landscape
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, work cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeed in a team environment
- Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve, with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels
- Bachelor's degree required, with a strong academic foundation in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the food delivery or logistics industry, with a deep understanding of the merchant landscape
