Role Overview
Working closely with the Product Lead, you will be an Engineer who operates at the intersection of core product development and clinical application. This role requires formal medical training and real clinical experience. Your clinical background will directly inform how we design, evaluate, and ship AI features that support real-world care delivery.
What You Will Do
Build end-to-end AI features, operationalise Voice AI, bridge the gap between model and product, optimise for real-time interaction, and partner with implementation and clinical teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Mastery of Fullstack fundamentals, applied AI & Voice fluency, pragmatic problem solving, cloud fluency, and rigorous testing in production are required. Experience working on clinical AI products is highly valued.

- Medical degree with clinical experience
