The Sr Product Owner – Digital Channels is responsible for translating business needs into clearly defined product requirements that enable effective delivery across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to gather, document, and refine product requirements, ensuring solutions align to business objectives and user needs. This individual leads discovery efforts by interviewing stakeholders, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into structured epics, features, and user stories. The Sr Product Owner owns the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and actionable for delivery teams. This role includes light project coordination responsibilities to support delivery execution, working in partnership with Project Management resources to track progress, surface risks, and ensure alignment to timelines.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree required.

EXPERIENCE

10–15 years of experience in product ownership or digital product roles.

Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

Strong background in requirements gathering and backlog management.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

Strong requirements documentation discipline

Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions

Ability to write clear, testable user stories

Strong facilitation and communication skills

Understanding of digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic)

Compensation Range: $130,000-$150,000 annually

Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
