Key Responsibilities
- Transforming Data into Insights: Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights that drive decision-making.
- Creating Interactive Dashboards and Reports: Using MSFT Power BI, design and develop interactive and simple-to-understand dashboards and visual reports that aid in decision-making.
- Defining and Tracking KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly to measure our impact and progress.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-making, and convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Create, test, and deploy MSFT Power BI scripts, and use MSFT Power BI to run queries and functions.
- Data Documentation and Modeling: Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.
- Data Warehouse Management: Manage and expand an existing data warehouse and cubes to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At Least 5 Years of Experience: Targeted/specialized experience with Power BI/Business Analytics Reporting or other BI tools.
- BI Tools and Systems: Background with BI tools and systems such as MSFT Power BI or Tableau.
- MSFT Power BI Stack: Understanding of the MSFT Power BI Stack and its applications.
- Data Analytics Mastery: Proven mastery in data analytics and the ability to convert data into relevant reports and graphics.
- Technical Skills: Ability to enable row-level data security, knowledge of MSFT Power BI application security layer models, and proficiency in running queries on MSFT Power BI desktop.
- Advanced Computations: Skilled in doing advanced-level computations on data sets.
- SQL Knowledge: Firm understanding of SQL and its applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, persuade, and influence peers.
