Senior Manager, National Account Agency Operations – Insurance Experience Required

Job Description: • Manage account call center locations, assist with broad reach and other electronic group training and advancement campaigns. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account location managers, producers and account influencers to influence preference for GEICO and their affiliate products. • Build, execute and present location specific strategic account plans, and forecasts to achieve company objectives and sales targets supporting the NA Director strategic roadmap for specific accounts and products. • Responsible for working with all GEICO product lines i.e. Private Passenger Auto, Commercial Auto & Trucking • Collaborating with the GEICO distribution and process teams to share and execute growth strategies, provide process guidance, and spend time with field and inside reps engaging National Account agency locations. • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions to remediate performance. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as an sales resource involved with large, complex customers. • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field • Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results. • Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve both short-and-long term strategic goals. • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change. • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills. • Compliance with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policy.
