The Senior Manager, Account Executive, will lead a national team of five Account Executives focused on evaluating the brand’s business impact across assigned GPO, IDN, and hospital systems. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to build and develop a team while shaping the strategic vision from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will establish strong partnerships with in-field counterparts, including Sales, Director of National Accounts (DNA), FRMs, and others, to ensure comprehensive management of large hospital accounts. Through a collaborative and strategic approach, this leader will effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition to target accounts and cultivate relationships with key influencers and financial decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to manage VA/DOD initiatives. Develop overarching strategy to more fully and consistently penetrate these accounts. Work to appropriately allocate resources both human and financial to optimize ROI through increased brand sales.
- Responsible for assigned brand sales volume and market share growth in assigned regional book of business, identifies trends and new opportunities to increase revenue, and leads their sales teams to create strategies to impact regional sales objectives. Regional account leadership to assess business opportunity and contract strategy.
- Identifies business opportunities and threats at the regional level, and develop action plans to address.
- Identify market opportunities or threats and develop action plans to address market events. Partner with Channel Marketing team to coordinate in-house support for market events. Implement, coordinate, and optimize franchise marketing initiatives with local leadership teams in targeted accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business
- Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driving requirements.
- An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials.
- These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting and specific licenses required by individual state or cities. Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience, as well as experience working in an account setting.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
