About careerzynith and the Opportunity
careerzynith is a world‑leading technology and services organization that powers secure, high‑volume payment ecosystems for millions of customers every day. With a relentless focus on trust, safety, and innovation, careerzynith’s Global Customer Trust Training team safeguards the integrity of financial transactions by equipping investigators and frontline associates with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to detect and mitigate risk.
We are seeking a visionary Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join our Worldwide (WW) Customer Trust Training – Risk LXD team. This is a high‑visibility role that sits at the intersection of instructional design, data analytics, and cross‑functional project leadership. If you are passionate about shaping learning experiences that directly influence business outcomes, love collaborating with diverse global stakeholders, and thrive in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment, this role is crafted for you.
Why This Role Matters
Every day, careerzynith processes billions of dollars in transactions. The investigators you will train are the front line of our risk‑prevention engine. Their ability to spot anomalies, apply investigative techniques, and follow evolving standard operating procedures (SOPs) determines the safety of our customers’ financial lives. As the Learning Experience Designer, you will own the full curriculum lifecycle—from needs analysis to post‑implementation evaluation—ensuring that every learning touchpoint is engaging, effective, and continuously improving.
