Role Overview
The Senior Healthcare Marketing Associate will own end-to-end marketing execution for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and ship the weekly newsletter end-to-end
- Build and run drip campaigns
- Handle design for marketing materials
- Apply SEO best practices and structure content within an SEO framework
- Own the marketing content calendar and channel mix
- Bring healthcare-specific marketing expertise to messaging (HIPAA-aware, parent/caregiver-focused)
- Recommend campaign improvements based on performance data
- Translate the practice’s clinical voice into clear, trustworthy patient-facing content
- Operate as a strategic partner to the client, not just an executor
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated healthcare marketing experience — this is the non-negotiable. We’re prioritizing depth and quality of healthcare work over total years in marketing.
- Proven track record building and shipping email newsletters and drip campaigns end-to-end
- Strong hands-on design capability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Solid working knowledge of SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, structuring content into SEO frameworks
- Comfort working independently across multiple disciplines without handoffs
- Excellent written English skills
- Available to work US hours full-time
- Portfolio that clearly shows healthcare marketing work
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with US pediatric, family medicine, or primary care practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA-aware marketing practices
- Experience with major email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- SEO tool experience (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, etc.)
